The Benefits

As of 2009, ninety-one percent of employers report that they are asking employees to take on more responsibilities and use a broader set of skills than ever before. This means that today’s students must learn more skills and more content better and faster than ever before. The Sophia Project (TSP) is a transformative learning experience designed for students who are eager to discover and practice a new level of learning. The Sophia Project offers the unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative learning environment where students will work with each other and TSP mentors to transform the way they think about their society, their discipline, and their learning. Students will discover how various concepts enable them to critically engage the learning process for a deeper and more satisfying learning experience. If you are looking for an innovative, exciting way to transform your thinking, this is it. Surrounded by other bright, inquisitive students and led by TSP mentors, you’ll learn things you never knew to question.
